Essential Functions
- Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual billings for assigned grants.
- Prepares monthly journal entries to the general ledger.
- Performs financial analysis and prepares financial reports.
- Analyzes general ledger accounts, grants and capital projects.
- Grant and Contract Administration.
- Various Monthly Benefit Allocations with reconciliation and Journal Entry. Including Payroll Import.
- Quarterly & Annual Allocation and reconciliation of Diocesan Insurances.
- Process of Various Monthly Journal Entries including but not limited to Standard Recurring Entries.
- Annual Year End Time Slip Accrual Entries and Reconciliation.
- Assisting the “BFOO”, by providing support for Power Plan Software as well as Fiscal Support to CFS.
- Payroll and NOVAtime backup
- Back up for other accounting functions as assigned
