A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A VALET SUPERVISOR
At Cherokee, we consistently deliver superior experiences. You will have to be effective in planning, setting priorities and managing several events simultaneously. You demonstrate a hard work ethic with consistency to drive, have the right energy and being persistence to deliver excellent service. You have the ability to maintain stability, dependability and professionalism when faced with challenging situations. Computer proficiency and having a technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook). You have excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively address all levels within the organization. Have the ability to represent Cherokee effectively with a demonstrated understanding and appreciation for diverse cultures.
You have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business policies, procedures, equipment manuals, training materials, and corporate communications. You will be associated with relations, hiring, training, scheduling and payroll as well. You will be Responsible for the immediate maintenance and general appearance of the Porte Cochere. This includes, but is not limited to, keeping free from trash, debris, cobwebs, and all brass should be highly polished as well as entrance windows. The Valet staff will retrieve member and gust's cars upon their leaving the Club with accuracy and promptness. You will check the schedule to make sure areas are covered. You communicate closely with the Valet Ambassador and Assistant Manager. You will always be an effective manager while on shift. You will follow up on incident reports for details on events.
QUALIFICATIONS

• Always possessing an outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
• 5 years of Valet Supervisor experience and/or 2 years of management level experience.
• Dynamic. You are charismatic, full of energy, and happy to help in any way you can.
• Dependable. Responsible is your middle name. You never disappoint because it's not in your nature.
• A willingness to do whatever it takes to exemplify, "What can I do, how can I help."
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness and ability to work flexible shifts/hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Deliver awesome customer experiences. Smile... go above and beyond,
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness.
• Great under pressure. You do not fold and get overwhelmed easily.
• A responsible driver with a driving record to prove it. You do not speed, you are extremely cautious with vehicles. You can operate gas and electric vehicles, even those with manual transmission.
• Always maintain a professional appearance, it is imperative that you are well groomed.

WORK SCHEDULE
This position has shifts Tuesday- Sunday with hours that vary based on events at the club. These flexible hours include mornings, afternoons, evenings, split shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events. Shifts are from 9:30am-3:00pm or 4:00pm-11:00pm.
