High School diploma or GED

Minimum Qualifications

·Good verbal and written communication skills

·Basic math skills

·Ability to work well with others

Physical Demands

·Ability to stand continuously for 8 – 12 hours

·Ability to work in tight places

·Strength and manual dexterity sufficient to operate tools to make repairs

·Good physical condition to lift up to 20 pounds repetitively

·Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

·Ability to twist, bend and lift repetitively

·Ability to stand, crouch and climb to perform repairs, use ladders and perform various types of manual labor

·Good eye/hand coordination and good motor skills

·Visual (with correction) sufficient to read blueprints and orders and the ability to record the information either manually or in a computer

·Demonstrated dependability and adherence to all safety rules and regulations

Environmental Conditions

·Exposure to a noisy work environment

·Exposure to hot and humid conditions

·Exposure to coolants, oils, grease and water

·Ear and Eye protection required at all times in all production areas

·Steel toe boots with integrated metatarsal guards required in production area
