Adecco Staffing is looking for an experienced Service Technician in Firebaugh, CA. We are working closely with an Ag Equipment dealer in finding a Sr. Service Technician for their Service Department. The ideal candidate will have five years of experience working in the service industry, expert knowledge of mechanical systems used in Ag and turf equipment, and a valid Driver's License (CDL Preferred). Duties:

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on Ag equipment and Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products.
• Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge.
• Conduct field diagnoses and repairs as needed.
• Mentor Service Technician Trainees and Service Technicians.
• Maintain the condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment.
• Account for all time and materials used in assigned duties.
• Participate in the on-call program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• 5 years of experience (or equivalent) in performing service repairs.
• Ability to perform repairs and maintenance using special tools and equipment.
• Ability to maintain labor performance and billable hours according to Service Leaders' standards.
• Expert knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in agricultural and turf equipment repairs.
• Excellent skills in operating vehicles and equipment for diagnostic purposes.
• Proficiency in using Service Advisor and basic computer functions.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL (Commercial Driver's License) preferred.

Pay Details: $32.00 to $40.00 per hour
