The Kelly® Professional & Industrial team is looking for Quality Inspectors to join a growing client in Georgetown, TX!
Title: Quality Inspectors
Shift :1st shift: 7 am to 3:45 pm
Pay Rate: $18.50 an hour
Duration: Temp to Hire
About the Role:
The Production (Process Quality Control “IPQC”) Inspector is responsible for day-to-day final quality control inspection in the production process and ensuring that production metrics are met. The Production Inspector will focus on defect prevention of the final product.
Job Responsibilities:
- Inspection Area Setup
- Tool/Equipment setup verification (torque spec, ESD control, etc.)
- SOP verification
- 6S actions, knowledge, and procedures
- Monitor the Quality of Output
- Perform visual inspection of 100% of final products.
- Identify issues and corrective actions on a real-time basis
- Create a report for each final product inspected
- Perform Audits based on the request of the leader
- Issue Resolution
- Escalate issues impacting the production process
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
- Attention to detail with a high focus on Quality and Process / Product Improvement
- Possess a high level of integrity and strong work ethic
- Capable of lifting a minimum of 30lb
