The Crown Is Yours

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll leverage your expertise in data, machine learning, and software development, to create innovative solutions that drive our business forward. You'll transform vast data into actionable insights in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. In this role, you’ll design and implement CI/CD pipelines for machine-learning models, and lead the development of seamless, automated machine-learning pipelines.

What you’ll do as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models using Kubernetes, Docker, and orchestration frameworks.

• Utilize MLOps principles to deploy, monitor, and manage machine learning models in production environments and drive the adoption of best practices in the team.

• Lead the development and maintenance of end-to-end machine learning pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and automation.

What you’ll bring

• Advanced proficiency in Python and extensive experience with data engineering and analytics platforms like Databricks.

• Strong expertise in MLOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker), orchestration frameworks (Kubernetes, Airflow), model serving tools (AWS SageMaker, Seldon), model observability frameworks, and feature stores.

• Professional experience in leading machine learning projects from concept to production, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to team strategy.

• Demonstrated ability to apply machine learning techniques to solve real-world problems, with a track record of successful project implementations.

• Bachelors or advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,800.00 - $181,200.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
