Crew Lead Position

Focus Hardwood is a small, family-owned, and growing hardwood flooring company. We’re seeking a lead hardwood flooring specialist. Looking for candidates with extensive hard wood flooring experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in both the installation and finishing of hardwood floors. The person for this position must be detail oriented, reliable, and understand the demands of the industry.

Crew Leads are capable of seeing projects from start to finish, are able to communicate well with team members, clients, and contractors. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, has great problem solving skills, and can manage projects independently.

We are not looking for subcontractors.

About The Position:

• Full-time: Monday thru Friday (overtime available)
• Jobs are located in the Denver Metro and surrounding area

Requirements:

• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver license
• Own the necessary tools and equipment
• Must have reliable transportation that is capable of transporting tools and some materials (truck or van preferred)
• More than two years experience in hardwood flooring (new installation and refinishes)
• Knowledge and experience in a variety of hardwood styles, installations, and finishes
• Familiar and comfortable operating necessary machinery, sanding, applying finish, and stain
• Team leadership experience
• Great communication skills
• Project and time management skills
• Professional attitude
• Pass a background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
