SUMMARY The Club Field Marketing Lead will be a dynamic leader responsible for developing and implementing South Bay marketing initiatives, building community partnerships, and collaborating with the El Segundo Sales Corporate Marketing Teams to create impactful strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive new member acquisition. You are an executional strategist with a broad view of how to build a bridge between marketing, sales, and the customer with the desire and ability to execute against the impact strategies you define. You are a people person who thrives in a start up environment and is interested in being part of building the future of health. This is an on-site position which also requires the Lead to actively be out in the community, operating as a hands-on producer of live community activation events in order to secure membership acquisition.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Marketing

  • Develop and execute community-centric strategies and campaigns that engage South Bay residents and businesses to build a strong and supportive network.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to set ambitious targets and ensure consistent achievement through personalized outreach and relationship-building.
  • Manage and oversight of all special events, including pop-ups and outside-of-club events, local partnerships, etc.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local influencers, community leaders, and potential members.
  • Partner with consumer insights analytics lead to identify community-specific opportunities, analyze competitor activities, stay ahead of industry trends, and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives within specific communities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to produce locally relevant and visually appealing content marketing materials for email, social, and other channels as needed and identified.

Community Engagement

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local influencers, community leaders, and potential members.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with local organizations, schools, community centers, and chambers of commerce to promote health and wellness initiatives and maintain brand presence.
  • Develop and manage community-driven programs that align with the company's values and resonate with the unique needs of each locality.

Team Leadership

  • Partner with the Sales and Operations leads to motivate these teams to achieve individual and collective goals within their respective communities.
  • Provide training and support to ensure team members possess the skills and knowledge needed for successful community-based selling.
  • Implement community-based events, sponsorships, and partnerships to strengthen the brand's presence within targeted neighborhoods.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive working environment that encourages creativity and innovation in community engagement strategies.

Budget Management

  • Manage the club and field marketing budget effectively, allocating resources strategically for maximum impact within each community.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing regular updates to senior management on the success of community-specific initiatives.
