SUMMARY The Club Field Marketing Lead will be a dynamic leader responsible for developing and implementing South Bay marketing initiatives, building community partnerships, and collaborating with the El Segundo Sales Corporate Marketing Teams to create impactful strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive new member acquisition. You are an executional strategist with a broad view of how to build a bridge between marketing, sales, and the customer with the desire and ability to execute against the impact strategies you define. You are a people person who thrives in a start up environment and is interested in being part of building the future of health. This is an on-site position which also requires the Lead to actively be out in the community, operating as a hands-on producer of live community activation events in order to secure membership acquisition.
