The Nurse Supervisor position requires a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a preference for a BSN. Candidates should have at least three years of relevant clinical experience and expertise in a management role. Current NYS RN license, BLS certification, and IV certification within six months of employment are also required. The guaranteed hours for this role are biweekly, with 72-hour guaranteed shifts for 12-hour shifts and 80-hour guaranteed shifts for 8-hour shifts.
