The Telemetry Registered Nurse reviews electrical activity of the heart and cares for a variety of patients including those suffering from heart failure, diabetes, GI diseases, and other acute diagnoses. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum two years current telemetry RN experience One year of ICU experience Excellent critical thinking skills, communication and organizational skills and ability to remain current in knowledge of critical care Previous Travel experience preferred COVID vaccine with 2 Shots & Booster BLS - American Heart Association Active unencumbered Georgia RN license Skills/Abilities Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills. Participates in relevant continuing education programs. Attends Nurses Association meetings. Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients. Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise. A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
