Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner - Brooklyn, NY
Job Type- Full time
Schedule - Saturday and Sunday
Time slots: 2:00 pm to 10:00; 4:00 pm to 11:00 OR 12-hour swing shifts

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides medical care to ACS adolescents keeping safety & security measures paramount.
Takes relevant patient history.
Identifies patient needs and makes diagnoses.
Develops and implements treatment plans using diagnostic data.
Performs complete well-care examinations including physical examinations.
Performs complete gynecological histories and physical examinations as indicated.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Experience in the following practice areas: Acute Care, College Health, Community Health, Family Health, Holistic Care, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, School Health, and/or Women's Health.
Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
Must be licensed and registered as a physician assistant (PA) or nurse practitioner (NP) by the New York State Education Department (NYSED) to practice as a PA or NP in New York.
Preferred: Fluent in English and Spanish
