We are seeking Registered Nurses to join our team on a per diem basis for both our school nursing program and healthcare partnership program, which will provide you with the flexibility you may be looking for in life.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan.
2. Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing).
3. Strong clinical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care interventions.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
5. Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting medical equipment, technology, and computer systems.
6. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and evidence-based practice.
7. Ability to multitask efficiently, work well under pressure, and adapt to rapidly changing healthcare environments.
8. Compassion, empathy, and a patient-centered approach to care, demonstrating respect for cultural diversity and autonomy.
9. Knowledge of current nursing laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
10. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
