Responsibilities:

  • Draft reports, plans, specifications, and permit applications.
  • Develop project scopes, budgets, and manage project finances.
  • Deliver presentations on marketing, client management, and technical aspects.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff on design and construction projects.
  • Manage construction projects, including reviewing drawings and coordinating meetings.
  • Prepare technical papers for professional conferences.
  • Cultivate client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • 6 years of experience (Bachelor's) or 5 years (Master's) in a relevant field.
  • Registered Professional Engineer or working towards licensure within one year.
  • Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of professional licensure, subject to managerial recommendation and senior leadership review.
