- Act as the primary point of contact for Network Security scope of services and be fully Customer facing.
- Actively Participate in the Major incidents, downtime outages.
- Responsible to create network flows, topology drawings, IP address trackers etc. using Visio.
- Bring in Design recommendations, best Practices implementations, Service improvement strategies and Value adds on Quarterly basis and drive them to closure.
- Should possess hands-on technical access to Network security technology solutions and manage.
- Act as on-call or go-to tech person for any Service Restoration activities.
- Guide offshore team members.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures, playbooks/workflows as needed.
- Be responsible to run weekly & other adhoc calls with the customer for Network security scope of service.
