Job summary
•Knowledge and experience with deploying and managing cloud solutions in AWS/Azure.
•Proficient in designing and supporting cloud environments, including IaaS and PaaS.
•Understandingof cloud automation and orchestration tools and techniques including Git & Azure DevOps.
•Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
•Experience with one or more configuration management systems such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
•Automation of infrastructure as code using git, CI/CD pipelines, Ansible, Terraform.
•Troubleshooting and supporting containerization (Kubernetes, Docker)

Roles & Responsibilities:
CharsInfra Ops Specialist Bachelors in Science/ Commerce/Engineering or equivalent.
Provide technical leadership for the delivery team.
Responsible for L3 incident resolution- and problem management.
Bring in effectiveness in terms of change management procedures and change health checks.
Contribute towards Technology Transformation and drive automation initiatives.

Business / Customer:
Understand and articulate complex problems related to the specific technology.
Interface with community network to retain technology competitiveness.
Work with the client team to address escalations and own the resolution during the critical incident scenario.
Plan and implement major change requests and engineering tasks

Project / Process:
Participate in technical audits.
Identify opportunities for automation- standardization and stabilization of environment.
Lead TIP initiatives and coordinate with CoEs for the implementation of the same.
Conduct Proof of Concept activities when necessary.
Undertake project specific Proof of Concepts activities to validate technical feasibility with guidance.
