Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Security and Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our Nessus vulnerability scanning and configuration compliance scanning processes, contribute to the development of secure AWS instances, and lead the deployment of new and emerging technologies. Responsibilities:

1. Nessus Vulnerability Scanning:

   • Manage and support Nessus vulnerability scanning processes.
   • Conduct regular scans to identify and assess vulnerabilities within the IT environment.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remediate identified vulnerabilities.

2. Configuration Compliance Scanning:

   • Oversee and enhance configuration compliance scanning activities.
   • Ensure adherence to security policies and industry best practices.
   • Implement and optimize automated configuration compliance checks.

3. AWS Infrastructure Development:

   • Collaborate with the IT and security teams to design and build secure AWS instances.
   • Implement and configure security controls and measures within AWS environments.
   • Stay current with AWS security best practices and apply them to the infrastructure.

4. Deployment of New Technologies:

   • Research and evaluate emerging technologies relevant to IT security and infrastructure.
   • Lead the deployment of new technologies that enhance the organization's security posture.
   • Provide expertise and guidance on the integration of new technologies into existing systems.
