Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living
• Companionship and conversation
• Personal Care (bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring and positioning of client)
• Observe and report changes of physical and mental conditions
• Medication reminders, meal preparation and planning, laundry and light housekeeping, transportation (errands, appointments, etc.)

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• Completion of a state-approved CNA certification training course
• Positive References
• Willingness to take a pre-employment background check
• Ability to drive a client as requested
• Reliable transportation and proof of vehicle insurance
