Responsibilities:
Assist with activities of daily living
Companionship and conversation
Personal Care (bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring and positioning of client)
Observe and report changes of physical and mental conditions
Medication reminders, meal preparation and planning, laundry and light housekeeping, transportation (errands, appointments, etc.)
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED
Completion of a state-approved CNA certification training course
Positive References
Willingness to take a pre-employment background check
Ability to drive a client as requested
Reliable transportation and proof of vehicle insurance
