Under the direction of the Clinical Nurse Manager, the wound care nurse works to provide quality patient care in collaboration with hospital; establishes and maintains communications with patients and other significant individuals. Demonstrates critical thinking skills appropriate to level of expertise, experience and training. Maintains the standards of nursing care and implements the policies and procedures of Innovative Healing Systems and their hospital partners.
