• Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establish and proactively maintain a working relationship with customers to ensure expectations are met.
  • Reconcile agency direct and agency bill commissions.
  • Track agency commission deposits in internal tracking sheet
  • Prepare producer commission statements.
  • Prepare agency commission production reports.
  • Coordinate with bookkeeping team on mutual agency work.
  • Answer calls that are directed to the department.
  • Other duties as assigned.
