Our mission is to provide dedicated and compassionate care for patients facing a life-limiting illness and to support their loved ones. 

In this Full- Time nursing role, you will be providing in home high quality skilled nursing care to terminally ill Hospice patients in the Carmel, IN - Rushville and Anderson area. As a Hospice nurse, you would provide high quality nursing care to the terminally ill Hospice patients under the direction of the RN case manager.

What You Would be Responsible for:

  • Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and education
  • Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians
  • Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families
  • Expand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences etc.
  • Other responsibilities will be assigned

Haven Qualification Standards: 

  • Must be a LPN graduate of an approved school of nursing
  • Currently licensed in the state of the agency
  • Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible and compassionate
  • Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Patient with excellent problem-solving skills
