Hattie Larlham is looking for a caring and compassionate Part-Time Community Integration Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who wants to be part of a mission based on Comfort, Joy, and Achievement of children and adults with intellectual and developmentally disabilities in Mantua, Ohio.

The Community Integration LPN monitors, documents, and provides health care services to persons served at the Hattie Larlham Center for Children with Disabilities. The position is based in the Life Enrichment program at the Center and includes attending routinely scheduled events and activities in the community, work in the Center-based Capstone School, and work in Center Nursing.

Opening:

• Part-Time Community Integration LPN: 24 hours per week, various hours; evenings and weekends as needed.
• Location: Nestled in northern Portage County, between Cleveland and Akron, is the Hattie Larlham Center for Children with Disabilities, a long-term residential facility that provides medical services for 124 children and adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities.

Requirements:

• Ohio or multistate Licensed Practical Nursing licensure required.
• Minimum three (3) years of nursing experience required with tracheostomy and ventilator experience preferred.
• Knowledge and experience working with persons with disabilities preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification for HealthCare Providers - we provide free training!
• Valid Ohio driver's license.
