We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Civil Engineer to join our team. This role is perfect for a professional who is passionate about the construction industry and has a strong background in site development. Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all stages of project life cycle including design, construction, and implementation.
2. Carry out detailed design and analysis of civil engineering projects.
3. Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project goals are met.
4. Conduct site inspections and surveys to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
5. Prepare reports, designs, and drawings using CAD software.
6. Manage budgets and resources, ensuring projects are completed within time and budget constraints.
7. Provide technical advice and solving problems on site.
8. Assess potential risks and provide solutions where necessary.
9. Maintain a working knowledge of industry trends and advancements in technology.
10. Ensure all work carried out is in compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
3. Proven experience in site development.
4. Proficient in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
5. Excellent knowledge of design and construction procedures, laws, and regulations.
6. Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, delivering on time and within budget.
9. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
10. Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.
