The Harrisburg School District is seeking a transformational leaders for the position of Assistant Principal. There are openings at the elementary, middle and high school levels. We are seeking leaders who can strategically raise the expectations to improve student performance, improve attendance, improve teacher sustainability, and improve school culture/climate. The successful candidate will have demonstrated strong instructional leadership interpersonal skills with the focus of student success. The candidate will also have proven experience in data-driven instruction, assessment, supervision, developing community partnerships, parent engagement.

Salary Range/Benefits: In accordance with the Act 93 Agreement - starting at $93,446/yr based on experience
