Transition Squad is a full service downsizing company for seniors and families settling estates. We offer a menu of services including getting organized, selling the contents, clearing out the premises, donation management, packing and moving. However, our core specialty is selling our clients' belongings through a combination of online auction (using our own online auction platform), online sale and estate sale.
We are setting up a network of independent contractors who will conduct and manage estate sales and online-only auctions on behalf of our clients. No auctioneer license is required for online-only auctions. You will operate from your home-based office on a flexible schedule catering to each clients' needs.
While Head Office provides lead generation and a call center to handle the initial inquiry, you would also be responsible for networking in your respective area to seek out additional business opportunities. Further, as the Project Manager, you will manage and execute projects once the client has approved the contract, following Head Office protocols, to deliver our menu of services including:
Requirements:
Ideally, you will already have a valid real estate license such that senior downsizing leads can turn into real estate listings if they are not already working with an agent.
Compensation will be the higher of $20/hr for executing the project once the contract has been signed or up to 50% of the profit on each job that you execute.
You must have a suitably sized vehicle to carry tools of the trade. You must have a clear criminal background check.
