Summary/Objective: As a VDC Plumbing Detailer, you'll work closely with project teams and trade partners to develop detailed plumbing models, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to project specifications and codes. Your expertise in VDC tools and plumbing systems will drive the optimization of preconstruction and construction processes, reducing project risks and enhancing overall project performance.
Essential Functions: The VDC Systems Detailer will be responsible for working closely with trade partners to develop detailed, constructable 3D models of plumbing systems using VDC software such as Revit and Navisworks. In this role, you will build strong working relationships with trade partners and help coordination teams resolve conflicts and challenges. You will be responsible for delivering highly coordinated, constructable shop drawings.
