LPN Requirements

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program and licensed in the state of practice, required.
• Must provide evidence of completion of supervisor course approved by the state of Iowa within six months of employment.
• Minimum of 2 years of LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
