Job Summary
James Avery is excited to announce an Engineering internship in Manufacturing. The Engineering Intern will have an opportunity to work with experienced professionals to support engineering efforts through a time study project.
The Engineering Intern will develop skills through training and practical application to successfully conduct time and motion studies, measuring work patterns and methods of Associates with the goal of developing accurate value-added, setup and admin times. Follows Associates through all the different manufacturing steps to make the jewelry and note deviations from the provided work instructions. Actively participates in departmental meetings and reports progress and opportunities for improvements on assigned projects.
This is a Part-time internship opportunity from April 2024 through October 2024 with flexible start and end dates. Plant operation hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm . Interns must be available between the hours of operation.
