PAY: $125,000 - $155,000 JOB SUMMARY: MCSG Technologies is seeking an Intelligence Specialist to support the 392 Combat Training Squadron’s (392 CTS) United States Space Force (USSF) Exercise Team at Schriever SFB, CO. This position will coordinate with internal and external intelligence stakeholders to analyze current and future (within the next 12-18 months) threats in space and then create the required products to support planning and execution of the 392 CTS-supported USSF exercises. The Intelligence Specialist will provide support for the 392 CTS’s intel requirements for USSF, Combatant Commands (CCMDs), and service exercise efforts. Location: Schriever SFB, CO. PRIMARY DUTIES: Coordinate with intelligence agencies (e.g., NSIC, DIA, NSA) and research open-source and government data sources to assess current and emerging threats to U.S. space capabilities.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify, develop, and deliver the required 392 CTS intelligence products to support the planning and execution of USSF, CCMD, and service exercises.
Participate in exercise working groups and provide support as requested.
Participate in planning conferences, coordination meetings, and training events.
Design realistic contested, degraded, and operationally limited (CDO) training scenarios with plausible enemy courses of action.
Function as part of the Exercise Control Group (ECG) and White Cell when required.
Capture, analyze, and report on observations and lessons learned throughout exercise design, planning, and execution.
Facilitate hot wash debriefs and support After Action Report (AAR) development.
Report on activities through trip reports, briefings, meeting minutes, point papers, quad charts, etc., within established deadlines.
Perform all tasks assigned by contract leadership to ensure mission success for the 392 CTS. REQUIREMENTS: 10 years of space intelligence experience.
Experience providing direct intel support to operational space units.
Experience developing intelligence-based scenarios in support of exercise planning.
Understanding of foreign space capabilities (e.g., tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), doctrine, command and control capabilities, decision-making processes, key decision points, limiting factors (LIMFACs), and Centers of Gravity (COGs)).
This position requires moderate travel (10-12 weeks/year). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience as a space systems analyst focused on intelligence support to space operations.
Comprehensive knowledge of National Intelligence Agencies and the products and databases built and maintained by these organizations. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 10 years of space intelligence experience. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. SECURITY CLEARANCE: Top Secret/SCI clearance.
