We are actively seeking highly competent and driven Instructional Designers to bolster our dynamic team. This pivotal role encompasses participation in the complete course development lifecycle. It emphasizes creating engaging, effective, and scalable learning experiences that satisfy our specifications and enrich the learner's journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our instructional design team to conceptualize, design, and implement new course materials, and improve existing course architecture.
  • Iterative Development: Participate actively in learner-centered, iterative development processes, which include prototyping, peer reviews, and continuous integration of feedback.
  • Efficient Designing: Leverage the latest e-learning technologies to design effective learning experiences.
  • Content Integration: Develop and integrate robust, scalable content to enhance the performance and functionality of our courses.
  • LMS Development: Design intuitive courses for effortless integration with various Learning Management Systems.
  • Content Testing: Implement rigorous assessment and evaluation methods to ensure the effectiveness, reliability, and relevance of course materials.
  • Revision: Conduct comprehensive course reviews and revisions to identify and rectify gaps, thereby ensuring the delivery of high-quality content.
  • Documentation: Develop thorough documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, and course outlines, to effectively communicate learning paths and simplify future updates.
  • Standardization: Help set course specifications, standards, and design best practices to ensure efficient and productive implementation of learning experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in instructional design with a focus on e-learning: 1 years for Junior, 3 years for Semi-Senior, and 5 years for Senior roles.
  • Expertise in the latest e-learning technologies and Learning Management Systems.
  • Proficiency in developing engaging and interactive course materials with a solid understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Familiarity with synchronous (e.g., webinars) and asynchronous (e.g., self-paced courses) learning methods, along with the ability to optimize learning paths.
  • Solid understanding of various instructional design models and frameworks.
  • Capability to quickly adapt to new technologies and instructional strategies, while staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration within the team and across departments.
  • Proficiency with content creation tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar would be a distinct advantage.
