We are seeking bilingual Sales Specialist to join our team at Hanwha Advanced Materials. This is a great opportunity to learn on the job and work alongside our experienced sales team in pricing negotiations, agreement interpretations, commercial metric tracking, and customer relationship building.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop industry knowledge through product training
• Work with the sales team to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Participate in conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and handling objections to secure new business.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as engineering and operations, to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services.
• Track and report on sales metrics, including revenue, pipeline development, and customer satisfaction
• Learn how to analyze sales data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Communicate with headquarters located in South Korea
• Assist management with translating documents, written and verbal

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering or other similar program
• Authorized to work in United States
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Bilingual in Korean and English
• Able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and deliver quality work within defined timelines.
