Do you have a passion for making a difference in the lives of others within the community? My Serenity Mental Wellness is a small business in Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. MSMW is looking for a licensed mental health therapist to join our growing team! This is a growing group practice and is dedicated to helping our community through mental health services and into client’s wellness.

• W-2 Position

• Continuing Education (CE) Opportunities

• Licensed Mental Health Therapist $45/hr to $55

• Hours: Full-time (26 - 30) / Part-time (11 - 15)

• Hybrid (Telehealth and In-Person Options)

Qualifications

• CALIFORNIA BOARD OF BEHAVIORAL SCIENCES Licensed

Requirements

• Complete Documentation in a timely manner

• Maintain appropriate record keeping

• Active License, in good standing

• Must be a team player

• Punctual

• Accommodate (In-Person/Remote) services

Job Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to clients

• Attend team meetings as scheduled

• Complete assessments and diagnosis

• Manage collaborative Treatment Plans with clients

• Complete progress notes

• Maintain confidential records

• Coordinate services with other providers as needed

• Adhere to California Board of Behavioral Science Laws and Ethics

Plus Experiences

• Familiar with Complex trauma/ Attachment/PTSD, mood disorders, general anxiety, relational issues, and couples counseling

• CBT, DBT, Trauma Informed, Somatic Training, IFS or EMDR Training

• Bilingual or Multilingual

• Plus: some knowledge of Medi-Cal
