Spa Associate Daily Job Duties:
Provide Exceptional customer service and build relationships
Educate on memberships and our extensive menu of services - don't worry, we will train you!
Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and services to clients
Uphold our spa cleanliness standards
Answer phone, schedule appointments and file documents
Bring a positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn!
Perform other duties as requested
Spa Associates are not required to go to massage school, we offer the sponsorship as a career advancement opportunity only. All training is via a 3rd party school not affiliated with our location.
