We seek Independent Licensed Therapists for a full-time position at our Troy, MI, location.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $103,900 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:
Must have an active LMSW or LPC licensure
Doctoral or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related counseling field
Minimum of two years of clinical experience
Must be able to provide a minimum of 15 scheduled visits per week
Some evening sessions and Saturday appointments are expected
Beneficial Skills & Experience:
Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
Experience with children and adolescents
Solid computer and basic technology skills
Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development
Self-motivated and independent clinician
Able to build rapport with clients quickly

Our services include individual and group therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, marriage and family therapy, Christian counseling, testing and assessments, seminars, and the EDGE program.
