Our team of experienced therapists is committed to helping children reach their full potential and achieve meaningful outcomes in a supportive and nurturing environment.Position Overview:We are seeking a passionate and dedicated PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dynamic team in Parker, Colorado. The PRN COTA will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional therapy services to pediatric clients in our outpatient clinic setting.Responsibilities:Provide direct occupational therapy services to pediatric clients under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine clients' strengths, needs, and areas of focus.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions to address clients' occupational therapy goals.Collaborate with other members of the therapy team, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, and behavioral therapists, to ensure coordinated and holistic care.Monitor and document clients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers.Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, including evaluation reports, progress notes, and discharge summaries.Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice and comply with all regulatory requirements and guidelines.Qualifications:Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) issued by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).Valid licensure as a COTA in the state of Colorado.Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.Commitment to providing compassionate and client-centered care to pediatric clients and their families.Flexibility to work PRN hours based on clinic needs.Benefits:Competitive PRN ratesOpportunities for professional development and continuing educationSupportive and collaborative work environmentMeaningful work helping children and families achieve their therapy goals
