Job Summary:

The Senior Systems Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, reliable IT services to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. You will be responsible for working with a dedicated team of IT professionals, developing strategic plans, and fostering a strong relationship with the client. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with excellent technical, communication, and organizational skills.

The Role:

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in all interactions, keeping clients informed and notifying them of incident progress on a regular basis.
• Research and deploy new Server and Networking technology.
• Serve as an escalation point, leader, and mentor for other technicians on the team.
• Resolve networking issues with Firewalls/Routers, Switches and APs.
• Promote a culture of customer service, respect, and excellence.
• Following, evaluating, and updating technical/support procedures.
• Resolve server related alerts and issues.
• Take a proactive approach when solutioning technologies for clients.
• Incident management and outage recovery.
• Plan and manage project solutioning and implementation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in Information Technology or related fields
• IT Industry Certifications preferred, such as: Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, etc.
• Extensive technical skillset working with Servers, Networking, Virtualization, M365, etc.
• Excellent customer service skills and professionalism with both internal and external customers.
• Proven decision-making skills using sound judgement.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• MSP Experience with PSA, RMM, and other client Management tools a big plus.
