What you'll be doing (duties of this position):
- Perform in-depth work in the areas of investments, retirement planning, cash flow management, charitable giving, estate planning, and tax planning.
- Collaborate with external professionals and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and coordination, optimizing client service delivery.
- Act as the primary point-of-contact for clients, acting as a trusted liaison between clients and advisors/partners.
- Develop an understanding of client needs and preferences and advocate for them; ensure tailored and effective execution of service.
- Execute service strategies, track goals, and monitor trends to anticipate and address future client needs proactively.
- Manage account processes: including, new applications, transfers, and investment implementations; ensure smooth transitions for clients.
- Bachelor's Degree in related field.
- Client service experience in a wealth management environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a part of the team structure.
- Software proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Technology.
