**About The Role**

100 Thieves is seeking an Accounting Associate to play a pivotal role with the Companys retail and e-commerce business lines. Reporting to the Accounting team, this position will also work closely with retail operations and e-commerce teams. Success involves working with a diverse team on preparing and monitoring KPIs for existing and new business initiatives and on developing plans for continued growth. In this critical role, you will join a group of strategic, detailed-oriented thinkers that thrive in a fast-paced environment while working cross-functionally to ensure the success of the Company.

**Requirements**

* Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance

* Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles; including but not limited to KPI preparation, month-end close preparation, inventory management, budgeting, and financial analysis

* Experience in direct-to-consumer and e-commerce businesses in the CPG industry such as apparel and consumer electronics

* Experience in creating financial models and managing datasets using tools such as MS Excel

* Working knowledge of financial reporting and general ledger systems such as QBO and Netsuite

* Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

**Responsibilities**

* Manage the finance and accounting aspects of the retail businesses

* Participate in month-end and quarter-end close processes

* Finalize and report gross margin performance and KPIs periodically

* Execute all ad-hoc and routine financial analyses timely and accurately

* Work with AP team to manage vendor payments and purchase orders

* Prepare GL reconciliations for accounts such as inventory, sales tax accruals and shipping accruals and review and post journal entries as required

* Assist with the development of best practices to simplify, standardize, and scale the retail business lines
