At H2 Health, our Engagement Specialists play a pivotal role in supporting administrative duties and imparting crucial clinical education to a diverse spectrum of stakeholders, including physicians, senior living facilities, healthcare providers, and community organizations. Their primary objective is to discover and cultivate relationships to expand H2 in the outpatient market.

Territory: Lewisburg and Williamsport, PA

Who We’re Looking For:

Relationship Building:

· Invests a minimum of 25% of work time on face-to-face referral development completing sales calls to community, senior living locations, physicians, hospital and medical professionals, community, managed care and other related contacts. Typically completing an average of 10-15 sales calls weekly generating center tours, presentations and increasing business

· Participates in the development/implementation of a Fitness/Wellness program that will benefit the wellness and performance of the community.

Sales and Persuasion:

· Present the value proposition of H2 Health, emphasizing the benefits of onsite healthcare services for residents.

· Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade senior communities to work alongside H2 Health for rehabilitation services.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

· Collaborate closely with internal teams, including clinical and operational departments, to ensure seamless implementation of contracted services.

· Provide ongoing communication and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Patient Coordination:

· Contacts Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance companies, by phone or internet tools, to obtain benefit and eligibility information.

· Efficiently and accurately verifies, reviews, documents and completes insurance verifications.

What You'll Need:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, or Health Sciences Preferred

· Great customer services skills

· Experience working in a medical office preferred

· Must be able to work independently

· Must pass required background checks
