- Provide technical implementation expertise on AEP, RT-CDP, and AJO and make recommendations on solution architecture, design, and roadmap.
- Configure AEP services, including Identity Service, Data Storage Layer, Profile dataset, and Real-time Customer Profile.
- Implement data ingestion from various sources using APIs, Experience Data Model (XDM), schemas, and mappers.
- Implement Journey Optimizer features such as journey orchestration, triggers, automations, actions, messages, and offers.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, and APIs to extend the platform based on stakeholder's needs.
- Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure the quality and stability of implementations.
- Understand business objectives and align AEP solutions to meet business goals.
- Continuously expand knowledge and expertise in these platforms to provide valuable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior members of the team.
