Would suit a head chef or chef manager who has worked in a large site with more than 5 people reporting to them. Having a craft back ground essential as you may need to jump in the kicthen at times. Site population of 600 800 over 24 /7 site, peak time is Christmas & Easter serving senior management, board members, office staff and production workers

The site operates out of 2 outlets

Main Canteen Monday to Sunday days Breakfast traditional full cooked, Hot lunch offering soup, main meals x 2 vegetarian, salads and paninis, grab ngo. Monday to Friday evenings hot main meals served between 6.30pm and 10.30pm

Second site Monday to Fridays days reduced breakfast offer and hot meals

There are 2 vending carousel machines and Hospitality is bespoke with the useage of in-house products supplied by client at times. Directors food is required at short notice and on the day.

**General Manager requirements:**

* Craft back ground as needs to be part of the day to day operation and the focus of food at the location

* Excellent financial skills as contract is fixed priced

* Good understanding of marketing and menu writing

* Strong in compliance ( H & S and FS) as well as our own systems needs to run with Tesco and Hiltons processes

* Good with people management and dealing with different types of customers and levels of management ( team of 12 staff incl head chef and 2 sous)
