**Shifts include: 6am-2:30pm and 10:45am-7:15pm.**

We are continuing our hiring process during the COVID-19 pandemic. If selected, you will start as soon as you complete the hiring process (Background, Drug screen, and Reference assessments)

**Here is what you will need:**

* A minimum of one-year professional cooking experience, preferably in a health care setting

* Restaurant Cook experience, line cook, sous chef preferred

* Excellent customer service skills essential

* Must be able to speak, read and write the English language

* Must have high school education or equivalent

* Must have ability to work independently, making sound decisions

* Must successfully pass organization required background screening

* Must successfully complete organization health screening requirements

**Here is what you will do:**

* Prepares menu items within allotted time period using appropriate standardized recipes.

* Assures optimal quality, temperature and appearance of meals.

* Adheres to special diet needs and is knowledgeable of allergen information.

* Adheres to food safety and workplace safety standards, policies and procedures as regulated by department.

* Ensures proper sanitation of kitchen and equipment following department standards, policies and procedures. Exercises proper use of all equipment.

* Follows uniform guidelines.

* Performs other duties as assigned.

We work with a vulnerable population, and to protect our residents, the COVID-19 vaccine, annual Influenza (Flu) vaccine, Drug Screen and Background Check are conditions of employment.

**Compensation and Benefits**

* Pay Range: $16 - 20 per hour

Frasier offers a comprehensive benefits package to all employees working at least 32 hours per week.
