Job Description:
We are seeking self-motivated individuals to join our growing agency as business partners. Our agency is partnered with Symmetry Financial Group and leading insurance carriers to offer our clients mortgage protection, debit-free life, and retirement protection. We believe in the importance of building relationships with our clients and putting people first. Our ultimate goal is to help protect as many families as possible. As an insurance agent, your role will be to work with clients, understand their needs, and offer them the best-suited insurance policy. You will be responsible for reaching out to clients, maintaining relationships with clients, and helping them with questions they may have. You can work either part-time or full-time, depending on your availability. We are currently conducting virtual overviews, sign up for one to learn more about us and what we bring to the table. We look forward to meeting you.
Requirements:

  • Be a US resident
  • Have a Life and Health License or be willing to obtain one
  • Must be self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Prior sales experience is preferred but not required
  • Must be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
