Linda Vision is Hiring an Ophthalmic Technician Near Monterey, CA

Busy 2 doctor practice, state of the art equipment, paperless office. We are patient oriented, so applicant must be enthusiastic and confident.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily patient care and flow
  • Knowledge of insurance, eligibility, and authorization
  • Knowledge of ophthalmic instrumentation and its proper care
  • Performs technical workups, patient interviews and special testing
  • Sets up and assists in procedures
  • Maintains patient confidentiality.
  • Other duties as directed by doctor or management

Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management

Minimum Background Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year previous experience or training in this or similar position.
  • Speaks 2nd language, Spanish and/or Chinese and/or Vietnamese

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
