We are a small, but growing full-service advertising agency located in Sioux Falls, SD. The basic role of the Account Coordinator is assisting our entire agency team with day-to-day activities to help strengthen current customer relationships as well as develop new client connections. Were looking for a problem-solver who has a knack for developing positive client relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:
Great communicator and collaborator
Willingness to get involved in projects and seek out ways to help
Ability to think on your feet and react to client and vendor inquiries
Prepare service-related documents (agendas, reports, schedules, etc)
Ability to multi-task (re-read the opening paragraph)
Provide administrative support and customer service support to the team
Ability to work independently, but willing to help others as needed

Friendly, outgoing personality, even on Monday mornings
Meticulous attention to detail
Work on-site
Serve as a back up and fill-in for other members of the account team, as needed
