We are looking for an Interconnection Manager to work internally and externally to ensure a smooth Solar interconnection process on each installation. 

What you might bring:

• 3-5 years of Solar interconnection or utility experience
• Must have experience reading solar design plans 
• Preferred to have experience communicating with Solar Lenders
• Knowledge of electricity market rules preferred
• Self-motivated and disciplined
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Resourceful problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multi-task 

What you will do:

• Act as primary interface and establish manage working relationships with Utilities and Lenders
• Assist the project team in creating and evaluating requests for proposals for interconnection subcontract work
• Read and Verify Solar design plans are accurate and present solutions when needed 
• Manage Solar lifecycle installation on a job by job basis 
• Assist with permitting requests and warranty's 
•  Provide leadership — advancing safety, teamwork, and discipline—resulting in efficient and professional contract completion
• Collaborate with Project Development, Sales, Finance, & Operations teams as projects are evaluated for purchase, development, and ongoing investment
•  Review and understand scope of work and project specifics ensuring positive customer experience and compliance with local building codes
•  Other responsibilities as assigned by Management
