Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive IT support to a diverse team and clientele.
- Manage and resolve IT issues through a ticketing system, ensuring efficient operation and user satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date records of IT assets and configurations.
- Oversee the procurement, setup, and configuration of IT hardware and software.
- Implement and maintain IT policies, including system security and data management.
- Facilitate the use and support of cloud services and enterprise software.
- An associate degree in Information Technology or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows OS, Office Suite, and fundamental networking concepts.
- Experience in customer support roles, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Experience with Active Directory and cloud services like Microsoft 365.
