Stellar has an immediate opportunity for a Cybersecurity Liaison to support the Air Force On-Site at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH. (TS/SCI Security Clearance & Security certification required) Duties / Responsibilities: • Cybersecurity Liaison.
• Perform duties at an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) level and possess experience in evaluating security needs, performing cost-benefit analysis, prioritizing security needs, and presenting the economics of security to senior leadership. • Special Access Program (SAP) Data Marking and Handling, Physical Security, Personnel Security, and Operational Security (OPSEC) procedures. • Must possess extensive experience and SME knowledge of cybersecurity architecture, requirements definition, controls definition, risk assessment, threat assessment, and effective security implementation to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information. • Develop and apply organization-wide information models for use in designing and building integrated, shared software and database management systems. Position Requirements: • Five (5) years’ experience in cybersecurity. • One (1) year experience in Risk Management Framework (RMF) or three (3) years’ experience in working special access programs.
• Must have experience in JSIG and/or ICD 503. • Skilled and experienced in Special Access Program (SAP) data marking and handling, physical security, Personnel Security, and Operational Security (OPSEC) procedures. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline is highly desired but will accept an A.S. Computer Science degree with additional experience. • MUST hold a current/active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
• MUST have a current/active IAT II (i.e., CompTIA Security ) certification.
