Your New Job
Job Summary:Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
- Manage a team of technicians in all aspects of completing scope of work to completion
- Must be able to determine and order necessary materials for jobsite
- Provide required information for financial reporting
- Submit invoicing for work as completed
- Coordinate and maintain communication with supervisors and internal divisions
- Manage subcontractors and vendors
- Prepare and work with customers and subcontractors on C/O
- Provide quarterly reviews for team members
General
- Knowledge of electrical, low voltage systems, NEC and BICSI standards
- Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications and inspection reports
- Must be fluent in MS Office including MS Project
- Excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and organizational skills
- 5 years in verifiable experience as a PM within industry
- PMP Certification
- OSHA 30 Training/OSHA 10 Training/ First Aid Certification, ability to enforce safety standards on site
- Bilingual: English/Spanish
