Your Skills and Talents: A Winning Combination! Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred. Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA-D). 3 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing treatment programs, along with a proven track record in staff supervision and training. Proficiency in managing program budgets and adeptness in analyzing operational and clinical data. Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a knack for identifying and resolving challenges. Demonstrated empathy, patience, and compassion for children and families. Strong leadership and organizational skills to drive team success. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comprehensive knowledge of best practices in providing ABA services for children with autism, including familiarity with CASP autism guidelines and state regulations.
