ApplyDescriptionSummary/ObjectiveThe Warehouse Management System (WMS) Super-User will support all aspects of the Fulfillment Center (FC) operations using existing WMS knowledge to help drive an efficient operation as well as overcoming any system hurdles. System hygiene will be a critical part of the Super-User position to ensure the operation can run smoothly by having all areas within WMS clean and up to date. • Will be the main contact for the Fulfillment teams' WMS users and will offer troubleshooting or advanced training/support when needed.
• Provides level 3 support to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve WMS issues where possible and escalates to IT or Operations for support when necessary.
• Maintaining System hygiene is a critical part of the super-user position to ensure the operation can run smoothly by having all areas within WMS clean and up to date.
• Ability to communicate issues clearly and quickly

Job Duties:

• Work with Operations to identify areas for improvement.
• Documents details of WMS issues including steps to recreate the issue when escalation is required.
• Executes daily health checks for system performance at the FC and follows up on issues.
• Proactively monitors and reacts to any potential performance issues within the systems.
• Assists and completes printing batches, adjusting inventories, etc. when needed.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.

RequirementsEducation and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fulfillment/WMS experience is preferred.

Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position that requires some weekend work. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 1st Shift 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., 2nd Shift 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.TravelNo travel is expected for this position.Benefits Offered
